Can you create a biography of more than one family member?
► Gladly. Relatives can be interviewed either together or separately and their stories included in the same book.
What if my loved one doesn’t have enough stories to fill an entire book?
► First of all, we don’t believe that anyone can live for more than sixty years and not enough stories to fill a book. But it’s also important to remember that the book is not only about your loved one, it will include information about their parents, their grandparents, their aunts and uncles, etc. The book will also be filled with scanned images of pictures and documents that you and your loved one choose to include, and the text will be supplemented with historical facts and anecdotes to put the life story in its proper context.
Where will the interviews be conducted?
► Wherever is most convenient and comfortable for your loved one. You and your family are encouraged to attend.
Can you travel to
conduct the interviews of my loved one?
► We will gladly travel within 100 miles in any direction of Manalapan, New Jersey. We will still be glad to travel outside a 100 mile radius, but will require a slightly increased fee to cover any additional expenses. |
Will you conduct the interview
of my loved one by telephone?
► We will not conduct the interview process by telephone. Although we are eager to please, we feel that the telephone interview is greatly inferior to the face-to-face interview. We feel that the interview process should be an opportunity for your loved one to take a few cherished trips down memory lane, and that the telephone is an insurmountable impediment to the beauty of the stroll.
What are some of your favorite interview discussion topics?
► In no particular order: Military service, marriage proposals, holidays, hobbies and collections, childhood heroes and role models.
How many copies of my loved one's biography will my family receive?
► Three. Additional books are available upon request
What if I want additional books in the future?
► We will retain a copy of your loved one’s biography for safe keeping, and will gladly produce additional books in the future upon request.
